Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. We do not yet ship outside of the United States.

If you would like to cancel or alter your order after it has been placed, email support@junujungle.com and we will do our best to accommodate. There is no guarantee an order can be altered or stopped before shipping.

Please keep in mind, the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please contact your courier directly.

We do charge for shipping on small orders. We do this for 2 reasons:

1. Shipping is expensive. We’re doing everything we can to work on that problem, but it is what it is. Large companies get it cheaper, but we are not one.

2. The best way to reduce waste is to not create it. Although we use the most eco-friendly packaging we could find, larger orders will always be better for the environment on a per-item basis. If you order 2 items and we put them in one package, that is half the amount of gas to move each item.
